TODAY’S OFFICES USE THE LATEST TECHNOLOGY TO RUN EFFICIENTLY,
BUT STILL PROCESS EVICTIONS CASES MANUALLY, THE SAME WAY THEY WERE DONE IN THE 50’S.

CASEACT was developed by a New York landlord who managed his multifamily properties for over 20 years.
As technology became available, he automated every aspect of his operation, used highly successful attorneys and was awarded favorable court settlements, but wondered why his eviction cases still seemed to take forever.
In sharp contrast to his otherwise streamlined operation; he grew increasingly frustrated with his eviction department. He saw all the time being wasted on tedious paperwork, laborious record keeping and the inefficient communications, with all the back and forth phone tag between his office, the attorneys and the marshal.
He also found himself constantly wondering if his cases were progressing, where they stood, and most important counting the mounting financial losses as they dragged on.
After doing some research, he learned a few things: First, while the courts are slow, they were only part of the problem.
Most of the time was wasted before and after court by all the issues above.
He also learned that evictions have been done the same way since the 60’s, manually with all the exception of email, there had been no advancement in L&T case management in decades. With no software solution available, he decided to create his own.
Consulting with some of the most prominent landlords, L&T attorneys, city marshals and property managers, he and a team of software developers set out to create a fully automated software solution to dramatically speed up eviction cases. He called it CASEACT.
After years of development, CASEACT was officially launched in 2002.
It was so efficient, his colleagues started using it!
As of 2016, CASEACT has facilitated over 40,000 cases and is being used by landlords all over the city for buildings of all sizes. CASEACT is currently available to landlords in the 5 boroughs of New York City.
Our friendly, helpful support staff is available to answer questions or perform an in office demonstration.
